4. Third-Party Data & APIs

4.1 Use of MCTiers API

Azonex Tiers retrieves certain publicly available data through the official MCTiers API and other documented public endpoints.

Use only publicly accessible APIs
Do not access private systems
Do not use backdoors, scraping of restricted content, or unauthorized methods

4.2 Reference-Only Use & Independent Rankings

Data obtained from third-party services is used solely for reference and alignment purposes.

Azonex Tiers operates an independent testing and ranking system, and therefore:

Third-party data does not automatically determine a player's tier
Rankings displayed on Azonex Tiers may differ from those shown on external platforms
Data may be modified, adjusted, or contextualized to align with Azonex Tiers' internal criteria

For official or authoritative data, users must refer to the respective third-party platform.

5. User Accounts & Participation

Certain features may require account access through third-party platforms (such as Discord).

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account

7. Ranking Submissions & Content

7.1 Evidence Requirements

Ranking submissions must include verifiable proof, such as:

Video recordings
Match results
Other credible competitive evidence

7.2 Content License

By submitting content to Azonex Tiers, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with the Service.

7.3 Review Process

All submissions are reviewed by staff or testers. We reserve the right to reject or remove submissions that do not meet our standards or violate rules.

8. Blacklisting & Restrictions

Azonex Tiers may restrict users from certain features (such as requesting tests) if abuse, cheating, or manipulation is detected.

Such restrictions are platform-level decisions and do not constitute legal judgments or accusations outside the Service.
